The Travel Cocktail

Beauty products to make you glow for Fall-Winter 2019

Wind and cold can make for dull and tired beauty routines, but here are some luxurious products to make you feel gorgeous…

Sarah Chapman Overnight Hand and Nail Treatment If you are not already a fan of this cult beauty product then you are missing out on some serious feel good skin care. Her Overnight Facial is a favourite of many, myself included, and the same concept applies to her overnight hand treatment which is a lifesaver for my hands when cold, indoor heating, and antibacterial soap reap havoc on my hands. This product will actually leave your hands looking pretty and feeling soft in the middle of winter.

YSL Sheer Matte lipstick We like the boldness of matte lipstick but it can sometimes look chalky and feel drying on the lips. Not so with YSLs newest product a range of sheer matte lipsticks. They look like lip stains but don’t wipe off as easily, not to mention they feel divine. I haven’t stopped using mine and have picked up two more shades, I like it that much!

Lixirskin Electrogel Cleanser A mask and cleanser in one, this face wash works well on dull seasonal skin. Put on, leave on for a quick minute then rinse off, it does the trick on all skin types. Great for travel as well.

Frederic Malle Rose & Cuir perfume The latest launch from this iconic perfume house is this sexy, gown up rose fragrance. Not sticky sweet, but earthy and warm with leathery tones to balance out the rose. The scent it unique but not different.

Pat McGrath Skin Fetish Foundation Pat McGrath is known for her work with foundations, and finally, under her own brand she has launched one of the best beauty products out there. Her Skin Fetish foundation comes in an extensive variety of shades so a perfect match is possible, but it is the feel of the foundation that is unique, very light to the touch but with plenty of coverage. And should you want heavier coverage you just add a bit more. Leaves you with a dewy finish.
