Would you pay more to fly in a child-free section of the plane? Yes!
Brilliant idea. Or better yet charge the parents the extra fee to travel with their children on a separate section of the plane. Either way a child-free zone would be very much welcomed in these days of stressful traveling. It is not fair on other passengers to endure the noise and restlessness of other people’s children especially at the price it costs to travel.

But wouldn’t one hear a screaming child throughout the whole plane anyway? At least the smaller planes?
Yes but at least they wouldn’t be right behind you or kicking and pushing the seats which would be an improvement from current conditions.
True, with proud mama sitting next to them, watching with pleasure and without any intention to stop the kicking.
Exactly! Unfortunately that is a lot of the problem, the lack of parenting. It is difficult to quiet a baby in arms, but it is a different situation with children where they can be disciplined to some extent. But parents just watch and do nothing. Its inconsiderate.
