It would be hard to burn these candles yet it makes for an elevated, different gift.
Dolce and Gabbana Toaster – This is on my own wishlist, who wouldn’t want a fabulous maiolica printed toaster from D&G. Their designer line of Sicilian carretto and Italian tile prints are iconic and their home appliances make for an upmarket gift for a close friend -or for yourself.
Marchesi Candied Chestnut Panettone – Nothing is more Italian Christmas than a Panettone! There are a variety of flavours these days, chocolate, pistachio and the classic Milanese which are easily available. For something a bit more boutique, the original panettone house Marchesi 1824 has a sublime Candied Chestnut Panettone. Think Maron Glace pieces inside the cake. It is amazing and a unique change from the classic (which is also amazing of course). This is a panettone you won’t re-gift.
Victoria Beckham The Cocoa Collection Holiday Mix – One of the best beauty lines out there has packaged for the holidays their best selling items into a gift set. Two coveted Kajal eyeliners, an eye pallet with shades suitable for all complexions, and a luxe mascara. Easy glam to throw in your suitcase.
Inoui Scarf Louvre Collection – Any scarf from French brand Inoui is a fabulous addition to any French Girl wardrobe. Their new print of sculpture icons done in collaboration with the Louvre makes for a classic accessory to wear with everything. There are different colour combinations and patterns.
Miu Miu Bag Charm – For a bit of whimsy, and a small accessory that packs a punch, Miu Miu’s pretty bag charms look great on any travel bag or suitcase.
Assouline London Chic – One of my favourite gifts to receive is a book. When all the presents have been opened and the meal eaten, I can curl up on the sofa and enjoy.
